mobile applications (the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use,

- Recipe and Bill of Materials (BOM) information

Account Deletion Request
Harmony Tech is committed to giving you control over your data. In compliance with
Google Play strict policy requirements, you can request the deletion of your account
and associated data through the following methods:
How to Request Deletion

In-App: Log in to the Harmony Inventory app, go to
Settings > Account > Delete Account and confirm your choice.

Web Request: If you cannot access the app, you may request
deletion by email. Send a request to
harmonyfoods.app@gmail.com with
the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please send this from the email
address associated with your account for verification.
Data Deletion Scope
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

Identity Data: Name, email address, and authentication
credentials.

User Content: All inventory items, batches, production orders,
and images uploaded to the platform.
- App Data: Usage history, preferences, and settings.
Note: Some transaction records (e.g., invoices) may be retained for a longer
period solely for tax and accounting compliance obligations.
Retention Period
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Once the process is
complete, your data will be permanently erased from our active databases and backup
systems.

Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from children under 13.
